Assistance before purchase
Contact support before purchasing if a timed typing assessment, source image, keyboard input or recorded-video format creates a barrier. Ask whether the specific course has captions or transcripts; availability has not been confirmed for every recording.
Using the interface
Use the keyboard to reach controls, browser zoom to enlarge text and the reduced-motion setting to limit animation. Source text and the typing field should remain visible on a phone; report an obstructed control with the page address and device details.
Known limits and testing
Responsive layouts, visible labels, focus and validation are checked in release review. A phone-width browser check is not a physical-phone or screen-reader certification. The timed assessment does not automatically grant extra time; agree a supported arrangement before purchase. We do not claim full WCAG conformance from these checks.
