Accuracy above 80% is marked Passed. Your certificate is emailed within 2–4 working days after manual verification of your payment and test. It records the assessed speed and accuracy; acceptance is decided by the receiving organisation.
Learning is optional and cannot replace the assessment. The academy also offers broader computer and digital courses.
Review, delivery and missing emails
- Keep the reference shown after a successful assessment submission.
- The service team checks the submitted certificate details and purchase receipt. An accepted code or email OTP is not payment confirmation.
- For a passed result, the published certificate-dispatch target is 2–4 working days after manual verification of your payment and test are complete. This is not a promise that an incomplete or unresolved payment check finishes within that period.
- Working days for this guidance are Monday–Saturday in India Standard Time, excluding public holidays. If information is missing, reply through your registered email and include your reference.
If an expected email is missing, check Spam/Junk and search for the website name. Contact support@hypergyaan.com with your reference. Do not send an OTP, password, full card number or banking credentials.
